Imagine you have just created your account at LocklyBet, selected your first deposit method, and are about to click the final confirmation button. Beneath that button sits a checkbox: I agree to the Terms and Conditions. That moment — brief as it is — represents a binding legal agreement between you and LocklyBet. 1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account on LocklyBet. Opening or operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these terms and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from the platform.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must notify LocklyBet promptly of any change to the details held on your account. LocklyBet accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information supplied by the account holder.

Date of birth.
Current residential address.
A valid email address that you control.
A secure password that is not shared with any other service.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified LocklyBet of a security compromise in writing.

3. Identity Verification

LocklyBet operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any point during your account lifecycle.

4. Deposits

All deposits to your LocklyBet account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

The minimum deposit amount is $20 per transaction unless a higher minimum applies to a specific payment method, as indicated on the Cashier page. Deposits are generally credited to your account without delay, though processing times may vary by method and are outside LocklyBet’s direct control.

Deposits are made in the currency displayed at the Cashier. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are disclosed prior to confirmation.
LocklyBet does not accept deposits originating from credit facilities unless the payment method is classified as a debit product.
Any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account in your name will be reversed after deduction of applicable transaction costs.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification and must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. LocklyBet may, at its discretion, permit withdrawals to an alternative verified method.

Processing times vary by payment method. LocklyBet aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within 48 hours of submission. Subsequent transfer times are dependent on the receiving institution and are outside LocklyBet’s control.

Withdrawals are subject to any applicable wagering requirements being fulfilled prior to processing.
LocklyBet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
Any fees imposed by the receiving financial institution are the responsibility of the account holder.
Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once they have entered the processing stage.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

LocklyBet may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of conflict between promotional terms and these general terms, the general terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.

Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Exploitation of bonus offers through systematic betting patterns, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players constitutes fraud and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, as well as account closure.

Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, IP address, or device.
Bonuses have a stated expiry period. Any unused bonus funds or free spins lapse at the end of this period.
LocklyBet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonuses credited in error must be reported immediately; failure to do so may result in the correction of the error plus any winnings derived from it.

7. Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and, where applicable, free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the relevant promotional terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe.

Not all games contribute equally toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published in the promotions section. Playing excluded games while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds in all cases.
Wagering on certain game types — including, but not limited to, certain live dealer tables and progressive jackpot slots — may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate.
If an account balance falls to zero before wagering requirements are met, the bonus is forfeited.
